This was the end of the outbuilding closest to the house. It appears that this part of the building may once have been used as accommodation. The windows had curtain rails, a rusty old water supply pipe emerged from the ground by the door and on the right wall could be seen where a water heater and sink were once fitted. The previous owner had started to split this room into two with a view to turning one end into an office. The work was never fully completed, and we took down the wall before the builders arrived.
